The video of the incident was recorded by witnesses at Aeroparque Jorge Newbery Airport in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. The video shows that the aircraft was very low over the runway, then suddenly took off and made a sharp turn to the left. The plane then circled and returned, landing on the runway, according to reports.
