According to unofficial information, Elon Musk is seeking artificial intelligence specialists to work on his side to develop a chatbot similar to ChatGPT.

Internet website The Information reported yesterday that Tesla’s CEO is aiming to create a new research lab for a team that would work with natural language processing technologies and large language models.
The publication mentions that this information came from sources directly familiar with this matter. Allegedly, one of the potential team members is Igor Babuschkin, a researcher who recently left DeepMind AI at Alphabet. If agreement is made, Babuschkin could become the team leader behind the new venture. Assembling the other team members would be one of his responsibilities.
Interestingly, Elon Musk is considered one of the co-founders of OpenAI, company which recently revealed globally successfull ChatGPT artificial intelligence platform. Musk left the OpenAI’s board in 2018.
